Where is our data stored?
On servers in Germany. Transfer and storage are encrypted, there are no third-party trackers, and every access to a submission is logged. You’ll find all details in our security & privacy overview (PDF) in the “Privacy & security” section.
Do my clients need an app or an account?
No. Your clients receive a link via email or SMS and simply open it in the browser — on their phone, tablet or PC. Access is protected with a one-time code; no app or registration is needed.
How do my clients receive the forms?
You send them with one click via email or SMS — or automatically as soon as an appointment is booked in your booking system. Every link leads to exactly the form version you sent.
What happens to our existing paper and PDF forms?
You can keep using them: upload your PDF, SViGO recognizes the fields automatically and creates a digital form you can adjust in the editor. Alternatively, start with our templates or build forms from scratch.
Can several team members work with SViGO?
Yes. You invite your team and control via roles who may create forms, send them or view submissions. Access is logged, and every account can be protected with two-factor authentication.

Is the digital signature legally valid?
Your clients sign directly on the screen; the signature is stored with the completed form and included in the PDF export. For typical practice documents such as intake and consent forms, a simple electronic signature like this is common practice. Whether a stricter form is required in a specific case depends on the document — when in doubt, ask your legal advisor.
What happens to completed forms?
They land in your dashboard: with a status, searchable and archivable. You can export every completed and signed form as a PDF — for the client record, for example. And whoever doesn’t fill in gets reminded automatically until the form is back.
